Oh Sima... I'm so sorry for the loss of your Teta. I just caught up on the last few weeks with you. *sigh* Only time can really heal, but it sounds like you are aware of what is going on and seeing, acknowledging it, is the start of your new path. *Big hugs*, my friend. Losses of this magnitude just aren't easy to get through. One day, one bite at a time. Try to reward yourself with a new exercise or "special Teta exercise" to honor her in her long full life, to extend yours to be so good, as hers. I'm sure she'd be so very proud of you, for all you've done and where you are going. Chin up chicca! :)

Hi Sima. Grief can affect you in many ways. Try to take care of yourself. I am trying to get back on track with my food also. Just take it one day at a time and know that it is a process that we all have to go through in our own way. ((BIG HUGS))
