Seems my Achilles tendon is slowly improving - but only because I have stayed off it as much as possible. I am doing little exercise - floor and arm work and some of my Biggest Loser Challenge moves, but I miss my Jillian DVDs.

TOMORROW is Halloween AND our wedding anniversary! I know...weird but true - we got married on Halloween. IT is likely we will go to dinner but haven't decided where to go or what we will eat. I want to go - but already worry about screwing myself up. I often rebound well, so I should just eat one meal that I want and let it go. Do you agree?

I hate to "use" food to celebrate but dinner seems logical.

I met my six pounds a month loss goal for October - but have another goal with my Buddies (BuffyB and Rockytu) to be 181 by Nov.13th!

Yes, for heavensake, ENJOY your anniversary dinner! Me, I'm thinkin' Red Lobster for my birthday next month. I've never been, can you believe it? Congrats on the new weigh in...you just keep on keepin' on, don'tcha? Very proud of you! :)

Congrats on making that October goal! Dinner out is a great way to celebrate! BTW - my scale is "stuck" again so I've got to dig hard to make that Nov. 13th goal. I'd hate to have you show me up!

Maybe eat less today, have a good dinner tomorrow and then eat less the next day. This way it should all equal out. Love the idea of gettng married on Halloween.

sometimes a splurge meal actually helps your weightloss frm stalling. The important thing is to not let it keep rolling over (my problem!) Enjoy your anniversary! Did anyone wear costumes to your wedding?!

Sorry to hear that your tendon is still bothering you but it's probably a wise thing to take it easy for a while. Congrats on making your October goal - your Nov. 13th goal seems very attainable. As much as we want to fight against the tendency to celebrate with food, sometimes we just have to give in! And I think your anniversary is a very worthwhile cause to loosen the reins a bit. Just compensate with eating lighter throughout the day and being mindful of what you splurge on. I'll usually decide ahead of time on "the big 5" - appetizers, bread/buns and butter, cocktails, wine and dessert. I'll usually let myself have two from the list so I have to whittle it down to what I really want - depends a lot on the restaurant, too. Enjoy!

Glad your Achilles is feeling better and congrats on your anniversary (a bit early). I think you can def celebrate with a meal- you are very disciplined and I know you will be ok with your choices - and be back on track without any problems. Enjoy your special day :)

Your pic looks great and enjoy your anniversary! I wouldn't worry about the meal too much, because you will butt-kick yourself once you are fully recovered anyway. :)

Good job on the October goal. I have no doubt you will be 181 by Nov 13th. I'm on the water kick today to work toward my 199 by November 7th. Now it is 3 lbs. in 8 days. Phew. And it is so cold and windy here in Chicago from Sandy. I went out for lunch and I bet if I was under 200 I would have just blown away. LOL. I LOVE your new picture!

Enjoy your dinner out! Celebrate what needs to be celebrated. Then the next day get back to it. That's life and that's what we are learning to do, life.
