Pecan Crusted Pork Chops

Nutty baked pork chops.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Trim fat off pork chops.
  2. Combine pecans and parmesan cheese.
  3. Dip chops in egg whites.
  4. Roll in pecan cheese mix.
  5. Place on sprayed 9x13" pan.
  6. Lightly place tin foil over chops.
  7. Bake at 375 °F (190 °C) for 35 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake 5-10 minutes more. Serve.

I had this with chicken rather than the pork chops, ABSOLUTEY WONDERFUL!!! Everyone was making plans when I could fix it again!

This is VERY similar to an oven fried chicken recip I do (can be used for fish too as long as you are careful with cook times) You can also use olive oil instead of the egg mixture if you prefer!
