Oatmeal Carob Cookies
The most sinfully half-healthy delicious cookies ever.
Ingredients
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- Into a large bowl, measure all ingredients. With mixer at medium speed, beat ingredients until well mixed, occasionally scraping bowl.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls, 1" apart, on to cookie sheet.
- Bake 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
- With spatula, immediately remove cookies to wire racks; cool.
- Makes about 2-4 dozen cookies based on your drop size.

Just so you know, I used smart balance on this.. and the only way to add it into the recipe was to use their vegetable and butter blend thing.. It turned out perfectly, instead of using say..umm, SHORTENING.. :) I hope you enjoy. Try to limit these. They're rather expensive in calories, but delicious all the same.
