Low Carb Meat Loaf

Tasty meat loaf that's Atkins friendly.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven on 370 °F (185 °C).
  2. Chop onions and shred or mince garlic. Mix well all ingredients in recipe together. Except water.
  3. Form two loafs. Lay on oven safe cooking dish. Pour water around loafs.
  4. Bake approximately 1 1/2 hours or until done (try with skewer if blood is coming out when poke it in loaf).
  5. Serve with your favorite side dish.
  6. Note: tastes good cold or hot with mustard.
