Ive been on every diet invented. I have started the south beach diet 6weeks ago. Weighing in at 209. My goal is 165 by the end of June. As of today November 17, I am down to 198. Ive followed the diet religiously. I walk almost everyday. I also try to do pilates every other day.

Thanks alot Grace29. With the holidays coming it will be a challenge. I've got a list of low carb deserts, and snack foods I will make. But nthere is nothin better than MOm's apple pie.. Thanks also for your encouragement.

New Dieter
Ive been on the South Beach Diet for 6weeks. I have followed it to the "T". I also learned to drink 96oz of water a day. I have lost 12 pounds so far. I walk everyday too. With all the experience out there, am I on target with my loses? Any comments would be great.
