Using cayenne pepper and paprika, these pork chops are a tasty treat.
Ingredients
Directions
- Take seasoning mixture of cumin, salt, sage, paprika, ketchup, garlic powder and cayenne pepper and mix well in a bowl.
- Season the chops in the mixture.
- Put the olive oil and butter in a frying pan and when hot place chops in frying pan and cook for up to 10 minutes making sure chops remain juicy in center.

The whole family loved these. Instead of frying i added the olive oil before i spread the mixture on the chops and this worked well.

I tried this last night it was delish. I added a bit more red peper then it called for and I also added the butter and oil to the mixture but it worked. and tasted great. I will make this again.
