Excellent! I made this for church potluck. Everyone raved about it. My husband isn't crazy about broccoli, and he made a point to let me know that he definitely liked it. I used stir fry beef because it was leaner than the stew beef meat at my grocery store. Since it was 1 1/2 lbs, I doubled the broccoli florets (not the seasonings). I also added a can of sliced water chestnuts (I may add 2 cans next time). To make serving easier, I added one bag of (pre-cooked) Success Boil in a Bag Brown rice. I just added my rice calories separately.

Very good - I put it over egg noodles - needs some crushed red pepper

I thought when originally making this dish it would have a chinese taste to it and it didn't. I doubled the recipe so my family could have more than one serving and used plain onion soup mix as I couldn't find onion and mushroom. I used Ronzoni Smart Taste noodles and on a whole it was a hit! A bit too beefy tasting for me, but the family loved it and asked that it become a household recipe. (It tasted more like beef stroganof(sp) tome.) Super extremely user friendly and easy!

It was good the first night, but leftovers had the broccolli too mushy.

This is not a recipe I cared for. I was craving more food after 1 serving, and that is not usually the case with me.
