Crispy Cajun Pickle Chips

  1. Preheat the air dryer to 390°F.
  2. Mix flour and Cajun seasoning in a bowl. Put breadcrumbs and beaten egg in separate bowls.
  3. Dredge each pickle in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Shake off any excess.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray, then cook pickles for 5 minutes or until crispy.
  5. Remove the chips from the fryer and allow to slightly cool on a wire rack before serving.
