Hi! I am in my early 30's and have a great husband & 4 wonderful children. I have been overweight since about the 5th grade, when I turned to food as a comfort (had kind of a lonley childhood). I got my heaviest around age 22 - 23 when I hit 250 I am 5'6" barely! I hadn't even given birth to a child yet :0) Then over the years I would loose a little then a little more, until after my last pregnancy I decided this was it! Plus my last two were twins so I really didn't have much time to sit or eat! Anyway, long story short, I had lost a total of 97 pounds since my heaviest weight. But now since about Oct. 06 I have put on these 13 pounds and added inches to you know all those areas that love to store fat ahahha! I just can't get rid of it. So here I am still trying to get them off. I have been doing points since March of 04, and got off track! I am having a really hard time getting back to the points thing! I work out 45 to 60 minutes a day, and enjoy it! But looks like I may be in this battle for a while! Thanks for reading, and good luck to you all!

Hi eveyone!
Ok I have changed my photo, and of course this is not a photo of me!! This is just a little reminder to myself of how I would like to look, and the location she is at isn't really too bad looking either Laughing Anyway I hope this helps to motivate me.......I'll take all the help I can get! Best wishes everyone!

coffee creamer
splenda makes coffee additives that are pretty good. I don't know if they taste like a creamer, but they really make your coffee taste good for 0 points!!! Hope this helps you out!

two wonderful things I have found
I have found two things that I think are very yummy that I wanted to share with all of you. One of the items is called Kellogs Cereal staws. They looked and sounded groose to me, but when my kids kept begging me to get them I did. Well after looking at the nutritional guide on the box I tried one and they are AWESOME! The only flavor that I have tried so far is the Cocoa Pebbles one. They are GREAT, and you can have 3 staws for 3 points!! I usually count 1 point for one, cause I usually don't need three. Put this together with a cup of diet hot cocoa or coffee and your set!
The other thing I found is called Splenda flavor Blends for Coffee! I have tried the Mocha and LOVE IT! I'm not a coffee drinker, but love a cup everynow and then. I always had to add sugar to it (this is why I would try to avoid it), but now with this I can have a cup for FREE POINTS. On the box it says that it is free up to 4 packets.......not positive that means WW but I'm pretty sure. There is 0 cal, 0 fat! There are different kinds I can't wait to try! I hope some of you find these items yummy like I did!

what can I subsitute for an egg
I always use two egg whites in my muffins. And if it is a regular size box (big box) I always just fill the cups about 1/4 to 1/2 full instead of 3/4. Watch them while baking though, they do cook up faster of course. I do the same for the smaller mixes too. Seems to work for me anyway. Hope it works for you. Good luck!
