Took a few days off the gym. Went tonight and burned over 600 calories. I am trying to keeping my diet under 2500 calories. Fat Secret recommends a 3000+ calorie diet but everything else i look at wants me to keep around 2500. So i am going to do that and hopefully loose at least 2 pounds a week.

Lost 6 lbs in 6 days of diet and exercise. Definitely feeling good right now :)

Didn't get the 800 calories burned in the gym I wanted yesterday. I came very close. I am not discouraged because I worked my butt off. Soon I will be able to do it. It will come with time....

Went to see Captain America: The Winter Soldier last night after working out. Split a small bag of popcorn with my wife (370 calories) and enjoyed a pretty awesome movie. It was a pretty great night. oh yeah and got home in time for game of thrones!!!

Going to the gym around 6-7. Gonna do the usual hour of cardio. This time I am going to try one of the other locations of Gold's Gym and see which one I like better.
Goal for tonight: 800 calories Burned in 1 hour :)

729 calories burned at golds gym today. Feeling sore all over. But its a good kind of sore...
