I haven't been following my diet as well as I should. I haven't been to the gym in about 2 and a half weeks. I really wanna loose this weight!!!!
No more excuses!!!!!!!!!!!

Down 440 Calories after my trip to the gym yesterday. My right knee has been bothering me all day today. I am gonna go skip the gym tonight and take the dogs for a walk instead.

Ate a little crazy on thanksgiving but I am still in the negative so all is well. Gym isn't in the realm of possibilities today seeing as it is closed. But in other news, got all the shopping done today.
Back to my grilled chicken Quesadillas.

After 2 weeks of dieting and excersize I am down to 340.8 lbs! I am so HAPPY that the weight is actually coming off!!!

I just realized something and it hit me like a ton of bricks. 1 Low-fat Yogurt (of whatever flavor you choose) is only 80 Calories. So i can eat 2 or 3 of them if I am really hungry and it won't make that high of a calorie hit. They are quite filling as well. So I guess now I am going to be eating a lot of yogurt from now on.
