I fell off the wagon last night
. I was hanging out with some friends and next thing I know I was eating pizza and wings. Completely killed my calorie count for the day. I was just so hungry :( .... I ended up with an positive 600+calories. Looks like tonight at the gym I am gonna have to go extra hard to make up for my mistake yesterday. We are all human tho right....

Spent an hour and 10 minutes at gold's gym last night. I burned roughly
700 calories
on the exercise bike and elliptical combined. It wasn't to bad, compared to the last few days I can feel my body getting used to the cardio. Well at least enough so I don't feel like death on that machine.
In other news, My wife is registering for her College classes today. I can't wait to be for her to be a nurse. Because If I keep going as hard in the gym as I have been the last few days... I am going to
need
one.

Today was a good day. I Watched what I ate and spent a good 45 minutes in the gym today. 42 minutes of that was on the Elliptical. I personally love how intense the elliptical can be, but I swear those last ten minutes felt like torture. Looking back I am glad I accomplished what i did today though. A solid
550 calories
burned on that bad boy makes me proud I endured the Pain.
