Took the day off excersize. I walked my dogs a little bit but other than that not much. I still counted my calories and was under my RDI. Tonight I am going to hit up golds gym for another hour of cardio. Thank you all for your support. It is very helpful for me in this journey.

I planned to do an hour of cardio last night. Forgot Gold's Gym closes at 10 pm Friday night. So I only got 45 minutes of cardio in. The tiny skinny girl that worked there was turning all the lights off while I was still working out.Plus side I still burned 650 calories and I only ate 78% of my RDI. Which I probably need to increase because lately I am anything but sedentary. Let the good times roll

Purchased a golds gym membership. GOING to do at least 1 hour of cardio 3 times a week. I will possibly do more but in the very least I will do that much. I can't believe I weigh SOOOO MUCH!!! I WIll drop this weight!

It's been over a year since I gave up on working out. I gained a mess of weight and felt horrible. It was making my back pain even worse. I told myself on April 1st "I am going to get back into shape. I am going to loose weight. I am going to get healthy" It got to the point I was eating out multiple times a week and killing myself as well as my budget. So here I am 484 days later. I am going to do it this time. I am going to weigh myself in a few minutes. This will be the start of a long journey but I WILL DO THIS.
