I am a 53 year young woman looking to make some changes in my life. I started doing WW, but found that the weight loss was too slow for me. I have switched to Alli and I am finding some immediate success (which I understand may not always last!)I know that weight loss is not the recipe for happiness, but I feel strongly that it will contribute to the positive direction that I would like my life to take. Good luck all!!

I'm over 60 and 100 pounds overweight...eeeegads!
We all know that this weight did not come on all at once, and it won't come off all at once!

Anyone lost or trying to lose 75+ pounds?????
I also have about 75 pounds to lose. I have always been healthy, but I'm finding that since I have turned 50 (I'm 52 now), medical issues have begun. I am borderline diabetic, problems with sleep apnea and blood pressure issues are a problem. I know that if I lose this weight that these problems may all but go away. I have support from Weight Watchers and my family, but no one I know needs to lose as much weight as I have to lose. So, it would be great to link up with you and support each other. Let me know what this diet is that you are using.... I need all the help I can get. I am currently using the weight watcher plan and trying very hard to stick with it.

Let me know how things are going with you!

Noob!
I'm not sure how, but I just fell into this website and decided that it was meant to be! I joined WW last Tuesday. I am a little nervous about weighing in tomorrow. I have done great this first week, but I'm afraid that I am being too optimistic about the weight loss for this week. I can't be the only one that feels like when I've been good all week, that it seems like I should have lost like a million pounds. Seems like I'm just setting myself up for failure, and I really want to succeed. Sooooooo, I'm going to attempt to stay positive and do the best that I can!!

Hello and good luck to everyone!
