My name is Penny and I am from Port angles WA. i have been doing the yo yo thing for awhile.I just started atkins about 8 days ago. I love the atkins edge! i want for no carbs! so i love this new site lots of good tools. I would like to lose 15 pounds, and exercise just isn't enough. So I'm on a healthier lifestyle change.

some help please
I get frustrated because I didn't loose anything, but I didn't gain? I still want to understand the rdi. If someone can look at my diet that would be great. I got frustrated and I ate some granola thingy and went over my net carbs. Maybe some helpful constructive criticism would help.

Thank you to all that replied. I did have a better breakfast more calories, and i seemed to do pretty good. I think the water is very important also. The ride yesterday was awesome. it was sunny in the morning and i never get up that early to do anything! So nothing changes, if nothing changes! off I went in the am..awesome day!

Hello, any suggestions helpful. I have been riding my bike 27 miles on weekends, was wondering what would be the best meal before so i dont get so tired , or should stop and eat a atkins bar or something? Question

calorie intake
who says u have to keep your calorie intake at 700? your body is probably in starvation mode. Doesn't sound to healthy.

OK I will never stress again..lol ...since you put it that way..lol. So i tend to be obsessive/compulsive about things. got to remember why im doing this! you are totally right..i need to be wrong once in awhile! lol ty
