I'm 34 and have had 6 children. My youngest is almost a year old and I just can't drop this weight. I can if I stay focused enough. Hoping with buddies and remaining accountable I will drop some pounds.

are ellipticals any good? or do they suck?
When I first got sober I went to a gym and the elliptical was my favorite. I actually started losing weight and feeling good. I've had 6 children so I have lower back pain and the elliptical doesn't hurt my back. We are buying a house and as soon as we get in it I'm getting one for home. There are a lot on Craigslist reasonably priced.

Oh, I'm so sorry for your loss sweetie.
I just couldn't imagine. There are lots of support on here. Great people to support you. Including me.
