HELP!
1.4 grams of fiber to 100 calories is a pretty standard range. Also...I would never recommend (without proper doctor approval) anything less than 1200 cals/day for women, 1500 for men.

FAIL!!!
8 A.M. or 7 P.M. it doesn't matter, just start up again. You don't push a car up a huge hill just to let it slip all the way back down again, you stop it just as it slips. Either way, what's important is just fixing it again. I slipped up today also, but I'm back on, that's the most important thing and as long as were trying and it doesn't happen all the time then just forgive yourself (Make sure you don't feel guilty if its a rarity), Drink a large glass of water, and move on. Tomorrow's another day for us to learn new things, when bad things happen lets just enjoy a new experience and keep going. You should be proud of yourself for recognizing that you messed up today. That's a step in the right direction.

Dreams
So....I'm curious if anyone has had any time of weird or unique dreams while they are losing weight. Last time I lost weight I had a couple, but nothing noticeable. This time I've lost about half as much weight as last time, but every night I have weird dreams and I wondered if anyone thought this could be due to hormone changes or what everyone's input is. Question Very Happy

Eating More
My waist measurement went from 39 1/2" up to 41" within a 2 1/2 month period without change to diet, and no change to weight. I am 6' 4" - 16" arms a "44 chest, 28" thighs, and 26 years old. I am 235 right now also, and very active outside the gym. By the 15x measurement, I would be at 3525 cals maintenance before workout, the 11x would put me at 2585 cal range. Which are slightly higher than most of the sites, even this one puts me at 3100 cals for maintenance. This is why I have thought that increasing my calorie intake would help to keep from stressing my body additionally.

Eating More
Well, I know if there is too large of a gap your body will not be able to keep up with breaking down fat for energy and will start onto your muscle, so I've wondered if that may be happening, but I don't know at what range that happens.
