My name is Jen. I spent most of 2011 getting myself in shape and lost over 100 lbs on my own at home just by counting calories and working out every single day. By the end of that year I found myself pregnant with my second child and so I spent most of 2012 gaining a lot of weight back. Now that it's 2013 I am so ready to get back on the wagon and continue my journey to a healthier lifestyle. I'm looking forward to getting back down to the lowest weight I saw of 171 lbs and then surpassing it down to my goal of 150 lbs. I may want to continue past that at some point but I'll see what I look like there and then make the decision. :)

It ususally changes just before you do each 25% (Red - from 0%, Orange - almost 25%, Yellow - almost 50%, Green - almost 75%, Blue - almost 100%). I hit yellow 1 lb before I was at 50%, and looking at MimiMuffins journal she hit the blue maintanance bar with 5.4 lb to her goal.

Omg i never paid attention to the colors before either.. What do they all mean? I hadn't been using my fatsecret a lot here lately but am back on now and planning to use it every day again and now that i've updated my weightloss I also have a yellow bar so im guessing thats good since you are so excited for it! Very Happy

yes she is!! I totally got the 30 day shred on netflix and i also got the Biggest Loser Last Chance workout!!! both were rent only though.
