Very filling and delicious, some of the fries burned a bit though.

love love love. I'm having this for lunch. I think it'd go great with a yogurt-based dipping sauce.

I love sweet potato fries, I usually put parmesan cheese and rosemary on them. They're awesome!

Love this recipe. I also get good results if you bake them for half the time, and then grill them. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside.

Very happy with how these came out. I used a Mandelin slicer and made wavy chips. Add a step to flip 2/3 the way through and shorten the cooking time.

Good for Primal/Paleo if you're at your ideal weight or if you have the available carbs. Looking forward to this in about 30 pounds.
