I am the optimistic Pollyanna type, except when I am depressed because I ate too much sugar. I have battled my weight issues for decades and am convinced I will win the war sometime. I will never give up. I hope to get to 150 some day, but would be thrilled at 165. Basically, I am healthy. Non smoker, non drinker, no diabetes, no high blood pressure; so I've got that going for me. Have you heard the phrase, "If you could just lose some weight..."
I am a registered nurse, employed, married; with 3 grown and married children and 6 granchildren. My hobbies include sewing/quilting; cooking (no surprise here) and family activities. My exercise includes swimming and walking the dogs (2 little guys).
I am not too tech savy but, again, I never give up trying/learning. If you write me, I will answer.
