My name is Emily and I am 30's year old.
I started on Weight Watchers in January of this year and have so far lost over 20 pounds. But I need all the support that I can get - so when a friend told me of FatSecret I decided to check it out.
When I started on this journey, I weighed 311 pounds and I estimate that in order to be where I need/want to be - I will need to lose half of me. Kind of daunting - but I am determined to get there.
