I'm Married and we have 3 wonderful kids. My oldest dauther who is 20 has gotten married and my middle baby 18 she is still living at home and going to college and my baby he is 11. They are worrying about me(my weight/health) and I am going to try again to lose all this weight and hopefully I can just make this a new lifestyle and change the way I eat. I wish I wouldn't have gotten so bad.
I played sports in high school and weighed about 160 when I got married, and 200 after my first baby, then 240 my second baby then 280 after my third baby. Then every time I start a diet I end up gaining the weight back and more. So now I am up to 346.
I'm kind of scared to start this. I have thought about the weight loss surgery but I need to go on supervised diet first. But if I can't control myself the surgery won't work. My doctor wants me to try and lose the weight without the surgery and try hard for a year before taking that option. The surgery scared me anyways.
I recently discovered that I like water aerobics which I was surprised I liked it but I did. I was getting tired and it was workout and I was able to go the whole hour. But when I try to go 5 minutes on a bike I think I'm dieing. I guess like more sport like exercise.
Other things about me I love online scrap booking, reading, playing guitar with my husband, hanging out with my family and friends and I hope to own a flower shop or floral studio.
