Just trying to lose that stubborn ten pounds. I live in Florida. I am house mates with my mom who is also on the South Beach diet. I am retired from social service work but have a part time job that I love in a thrift shop that benifits the local battered woman's shelter.

Late night cravings
Hello all!! I am new to posting. Having a really hard time as I am quitting cigarettes at the sames time as going on the diet. I am good until about 9pm then I just want to munch, munch, munch. I am 15 days off smoking and started South Beach the same day. Anyone else having these late night cravings?
