I was given a free Xyngular Ignite package for their 8 day diet plan yesterday... I have an aunt who bought this $250 plan a few months ago and decided to never try it... so today was my first day of the eight day program. I don't really want to rely on supplements for my weight loss because I need to know I can keep it up on my own, but since I did not have to shell out the money, what the heck... someone should put this plan to use. Besides - while I would never spend near so much on any weight loss plan... I am curious to see if it is as effective as it claims... so many pills going into my body for 8 days... they say 7-12 lbs lost in that time... we'll see...

I have been pushing myself to increase my water intake... previously I never drank water unless working out... otherwise I stuck to coffee, soda, juice, etc... to fill my thirst needs each day... I have been committed to no less than 60 ounces of water a day for about 16 days now and in the last few days I have noticed I now crave it!!! Yay! Progress has been made. I want water, I need water, and it is not such a chore now to make sure I get in plenty of water.... yesterday and today I have also noticed a spike in my energy level which is awesome... hopefully that will help me see some nice spikes in my weight loss over the upcoming weeks. So happy. :)

Went down by 1 inch overall.. up by a few ounces... ugh. ah well... I should be used to it.
