I have been pushing myself to increase my water intake... previously I never drank water unless working out... otherwise I stuck to coffee, soda, juice, etc... to fill my thirst needs each day... I have been committed to no less than 60 ounces of water a day for about 16 days now and in the last few days I have noticed I now crave it!!! Yay! Progress has been made. I want water, I need water, and it is not such a chore now to make sure I get in plenty of water.... yesterday and today I have also noticed a spike in my energy level which is awesome... hopefully that will help me see some nice spikes in my weight loss over the upcoming weeks. So happy. :)
