I am a 59 year old female living in Scottsdale, Arizona, who has had a weight struggle her entire life [have been thin about 5-6 times before, but ALWAYS gain those SAME 20-30 lbs AGAIN!!!]
I work at home and have very strange hours [I work in the wee hours of the morning...1-2am till noon]
I find it difficult to put my weight FIRST as a priority... I don't even consider the health aspect, as I am in good health.
Am going to take myself seriously this time, and LOVE my body for all it does for me... [I have a feeling I've been looking at things from a self loathing perspective... and it's NO WONDER I can't stay thin with THAT mind-set!!]
Am going to study Diane Petrella's 'Living Lightly' program and follow it to a 'T' It's a GREAT PROGRAM... You should check it out!

Each and every month thereafter... MAINTAIN by weekly weigh-ins and consistent exercise [walking] daily.
