New Jump Start?
I've been fighting to loose those last couple ounces while on WW. Us over 50 have to work harder to jump start our systems. Any ideas to loose those last few ounces?

Losing weight in your 50's
I agree with you, it is a costant battle to loose weight. However, as long as we continue to fight the battle, we will not loose. Try looking at it as a personal challenge, cause it is.
