I went out for dinner twice this week with friends and it shows... never mind gone back to my diet..

Been a bit naughty this week had a Big Mac meal no coke but a mugachino and had nachos the next night... well back to eating properly again now.. this is what happens when you go out with friends lol.

Wow I am totally ecstatic this morning with my weight drop this week of 1.2kg... I am so happy with this new eating program I am on...Although last two nights I have had lots of pain in hips, ankles, back and neck... I will persevere regardless.

Woohoo another 0.5kg gone.. What my dietitian and GP said was correct eat more often than just two meals a day and the metabolism kicks in.. I now find I do get hungry by lunchtime.. With starting the day off with porridge instead of my old bacon and egg or other high protein foods. When I start to fall below 80kg I will certainly be ecstatic as I have not been below 80 for 2.5yrs.

well miracles of miracles I have lost a total of 11.5cm (5 inches)of body mass so my diet must be working .. I am thrilled...
