Woohoo another 0.5kg gone.. What my dietitian and GP said was correct eat more often than just two meals a day and the metabolism kicks in.. I now find I do get hungry by lunchtime.. With starting the day off with porridge instead of my old bacon and egg or other high protein foods. When I start to fall below 80kg I will certainly be ecstatic as I have not been below 80 for 2.5yrs.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
