Wow I am totally ecstatic this morning with my weight drop this week of 1.2kg... I am so happy with this new eating program I am on...Although last two nights I have had lots of pain in hips, ankles, back and neck... I will persevere regardless.
178.1 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
