I'm currently 23, single, and a part time college student.
I've been slowly educating myself and trying to change my lifestyle into a more healthy one.
I don't smoke or drink at all, and I avoid greasy, fried foods as well as beef most of the time. I'm trying to cut out all fast foods, but it's difficult. I don't know how to cook for just 1 person, so I just don't cook. When I have dinners with family (grandparents, parents) I eat pretty healthy. Lots of salmon, shrimp, turkey, chicken and broccoli (my fav!)
Exercise is a struggle. I hate doing things alone! I'm trying to walk every night, so we'll see if that helps.
I feel like my weight holds me back a lot in life. I don't take risks, or do things that I want to do. In my mind I'm an active person and want to do lots of fun stuff (marathons, hiking, rock climbing, skiing, kayaking, surfing, etc.) I hope that I can do those things one day.
My goals are simple, and probably just like everyone else's. I want to be healthy, and active, and feel good about myself. I don't care if I lose 5 lbs or 150lbs, as long as I accomplish those 3 things.
I think I'm beyond rambling. I don't really know what to put in a weight loss bio? I'm generally a nice person, so talk to me if you want. Have a nice day!
