Thanks for the link! Now I know to polietly refuse the Fruit and yogert parfait my mom brings me from time to time (8pts!) and stay away from their southwest salad (11pts and a whole lot of cholesteral and salt!).

Colored progress bar- what do the colors mean?
If I used to have a red one and now I have a orangey one does that mean I have passed some significant milestone? Are green bars the people close to goal? I looked in the FAQ and could find no answer. Anyone else know?

What does your DIET shopping list look like?
It will be quite obvious I am on core.

-brown rice
-salsa
-Balsamic Brease salad spritzers
-corn on the cob
-salad stuff
-Watermelon
-Fuji apples
-plums
-Cranberry juice (1pt)
-Salmon, tilipa, or flounder
-lean hamburger
-lean steak
-Chicken
-Shredded wheat
-skim milk
-bananas
-blueberries
-100 calorie snack size kettlecorn popcorn (2 pts)
-Lemon (for water)
-Eggs
-Montriel seasoning/Ms Dash (good on eggs and meat)
