My name is Erin, I'm 24 and I live near St. Louis. I have a boyfriend of about 3 years that I love with all of my heart. My weight gain pretty much started almost 4 years ago when I started my current job. I went from being on my feet all day to being at a desk. Previously, I could eat whatever I wanted and pretty much stay at the same weight. I didn't adjust my diet after starting my desk job and started to gain weight soon after starting. Before I knew it I was over 50lbs overweight and pretty much disgusted with myself. I started WW on 1/9/08 and at my first weigh in, I was 178lbs. At first, staying on point was a breeze. I was really motivated and kept my kitchen stocked with WW friendly foods. My boyfriend is completely supportive and doesn't bitch about eating "healthy", which helps a lot. I really like finding new recipes that are tasty and also healthy.

I've fallen off the wagon and I am determined to get back to it. I am a bridesmaid in my cousin's wedding on 9/5/09. So that is my motivation now. I would like to lose at least 15 lbs before then.

Off the wagon!
Are you lifetime? Maybe continue to weigh in once a month. Then if you see an increase, you'll know you need to focus more on it. I have been on and off of WW for over a year and I'm still having trouble accepting that this is forever. I can't go back to eating the way I was before. Also, maybe focus on the 8hg all the time, not just when you're on the plan.

FatFree/LowFat Salad Dressing??
The Wishbone spray dressings are good, they have several different kinds. I like the french and asian ones. Ken's also has spray dressings, but I haven't tried them.

HELP!!! Its 2:37 p.m. and I've ate all my points! What can I do???
Steamed broccoli works for me, it has lots of fiber. I steam it in the microwave and have it with a little salt and a few sprays of ICBINB (I Can't Believe It's Not Butter).

Mad crisps snacking - On weight watchers, please help!!
I like refuced fat pringles, they have a couple of cheese flavors. I also like pretzel slims from Trader Joe's a lot. You can eat them with laughing cow or a Sargento light cheese stick. They have a colby stick that is really good and only 1 point each. There are also sour cream and cheddar baked lays. So good!

It works
Congrats on the awesome loss so far! That's why I love WW, you don't have to cut anything out completely. I've tried South Beach before too and I've decided that I would die without carbalicious food.
