Marlboro man I agree with you in a way, so I am giving up the paleo diet. But I still believe that I am addicted to carbs (it can actually happen) I researched it online, and it seemed to describe me pretty well, therefore I am going to try the carbohydrate addicts diet. Kay2906, I think you'll also be happy to know that I've heard it's not acctually all that restricting food wise, wish me luck Very Happy

I'm 14, I started this ages ago, but I simply couldn't stick to any diets and so gave up, but now I'm back and determined to lose some weight!
I am on the Paleo diet at the moment but to be honest Im not doing well at it at all. I believe I may be addicted to carbs and so am thinking of changing to the carbohydrate addicts diet. I also just got my braces on which makes it almost impossible to eat alot of foods without damaging my braces. Im looking for people that I can just talk to and have a laugh with, but also get some support from when needed and mabey a bit of but-kicking at times too! Laughing
