Start Weight

Lost so far: 6.9 lb

Current Weight
200.1 lb
Performance: losing 4.7 lb a week

Goal Weight
130.0 lb
Still to go: 70.1 lb
I am a single parent of a teenager. I work for myself from home many hours a day, usually from 5 a.m. until 10 p.m. For this reason exercise is hard to get in. I have been on weight watchers since 2005 and am ready to just get it done and reach goal. I lost 81 pounds on Protein Power, but left the program and gained 3/4 of it back before giving weight watchers a try.

Weight Watchers cream cheese
I don't purchase ww products on a whole, but the cream cheese is good. I have it in a tub and individual servings also. I purchased mine at Wal-mart.

WW Question..help?
If you have trouble getting in your points try Low fat or full fat foods instead of fat free, if you are eating those. Peanutbutter is a good one too. I know 31 seems like a lot of points but if you plan your meals out in advance and snacks in between you can get them in. Don't forget the WPA (35). Some people don't use those and some do. I used to not use them and loss was way slow. Now I use every one even AP and loss is much faster.

back again
Not to be negative, but you say you are trying to be thin. Maybe that is not the best goal. Maybe say I am going to get healthy. Be healthy and then the size you need to be will come. I have 75 to lose so I know where you are coming from. When I am finished I will have lost over 100. You can do it. It is a mind over matter thing. Make up your mind and do it. Get healthy, stay healty and live life to the fullest. You can do it!!!

WW Question..help?
What is your target points? You say 26-31, but which is it 26 or 31 or are you adding in WPA or how do you get a range like that? You do need to eat all your points, weight loss and health depend on it. Studies show the WW members that eat all the points alloted daily, WPA, AP, while in weight loss phase do much better in maintance. So So what you can to eat them. It will help.
