I have been married for 50years have 4 children and 8 grandchildren living in the UK for 5 months and Spain for 7 months. Been on a diet most of my lifeso I suppose this as become a normal thing for me to diet and then put it on again I wish I would learn. I am taking this diet 1 day at a time
