Directions
- Cut calamari tubes into 1/4" thick rings.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; sauté for 3 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.
- Add calamari rings, broth, and rest of ingredients except spinach and pine nuts.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
- Add spinach, and pine nuts; simmer for 8 minutes or until spinach wilts.
