I'm tall (5'9) and was always slender and active growing up. But in middle school and high school (though I was still active in sports) I struggled with Anorexia, so I was thinner than ever before. I was never overweight until I started my first job 4 years a go...and gained almost 60 lbs. I have been yo-yoing (plus or minus 20 lbs) ever since.
I am motivated to have a healthy relationship with food for the first time in my adult life. I want to be healthy and and confident as I move into my dream career (I am graduating from my Masters program in Advertising this August!) and look forward to getting engaged and spending my life with my wonderful boyfriend of 2 years.
I would like to weigh 130-140 lbs (depends how I look at the weight, because I have not really ever been at a healthy weight as an adult). I want to work out 3-5 times a week (incorporating yoga and pilates) and I want to incorporate biking into my commute.
I'm currently doing weight watchers, but I incorporate aspects of the south beach and lite for life into my diet.
