Hi guys, I'm meeting a girlfriend here four HH and don't want to blow my entire weeks calories. I'm planning on keeping a low-cal count for the rest of the day, getting my workout in and noshing on a HUGE salad before I meet her...but what are my best bets for ordering here?

So frustrated!
8 pounds in a month is pretty great. That is 2 pounds per week. That is the far-end of the range of what you can leave and keep it off.

You should be able to add most of your foods by grams. If the only option is a teaspoon, there are 28 grams (dry) in a teaspoon.

tracking is a must if you want to lose! that was also part of my problem this week, i always track and this week i was a slacker! and it showed on the scale.
