T. Marzetti apple crisp topping (found in the refrigerated area of your market's produce department)
4 c. of FRESH fruit (suitable for a cobbler/crisp i.e. - blueberries, cherries (pitted), peaches (pitted), apples, etc.)
Parkay Spray
Splenda granulated
*Prepare your fruit and spray a baking pan with non-stick spray. Sprinkle about a tablespoon of Splenda on your fruit and mix well. Put your fruit in the bottom of the pan. Take 5 T. of Parkay Spray (take off cap and pour) and add to the T. Marzetti apple crisp. Pour that over the fruit and bake as directed on the T. Marzetti package.
Only 3 points per serving. Add 1/2 c. of Breyer's fat free vanilla ice cream for only 1 additional point and you have a delicious dessert that NOBODY will know is figure friendly.
