I have been a fatsecret meember since March 2009. I am almost to my goal and I'm excited about the results I am seeing.

I recently joined a gals gym. I never thought I would but since I did I love the how toned I am getting. Thinking I will keep up with it. On the side I walk, jog, and run at home on my MILL. My most recent goal was 5 miles in an hour. I went into full gear and put in 5 miles in 58:03.

I love a good at home pedi nothing like soaking tootsies in a warm bubble massage foot tub, dates with my hubby dining out, bookstores, when the weather is nice riding with him on the motorcycle, family time with our kiddos, board games, Wii, renting movies or going out to see a movie, taking photos and cooking for all 7 of us.

Let's talk FAT
Check into Greek Yogurt (I love Chobani) it's fat free and filling. Im not on an all out low fat diet but it has become a regular part of my daily intake, hear greek yogurt burns tummy fat (along with reg exercise)but since I enjoy it I don't feel like I am taking any chances if it dont.

Slim Fast Shakes!
I've had a shake for breakfast here and there over the last three weeks. I don't think it really curbs my appetite but I am not used to eating breakfast. It's a quick fix for a breakfast that I would on a normal basis NOT have. I just gulp one down and out the door I go. I should check into other types of shakes etc since they do contain alot of sugar. I have also had equates shakes they have a lot less sugar. Hope this helps.

I don't know eaither...I weighed in the other day at -5 lbs and now I'm at -2 lbs instead. I've kept to a reasonable amount of calories/exercise too! If you find out the answer please message me with it! Smile I plan on posting my weigh-ins weekly and I'm do Monday to post it. I kinda want to wait till Aunt Flo is done visiting!!! AHHHHHHHH!! Is what I am saying too!
