I am a 41 year old mom of two boys. Up until the age of about 14 I was quite thin, but have struggled with weight since then. I have lost weight a few times 59 lbs at Miami north in my twenties, seventy pounds at bernstein in my thirties, and who know how many times I went to weight watchers, lost ten or twenty then quit. I feel I am a active person, I enjoy gardening, walking the dog, painting etc. I know my issue is the food I eat and the amounts. I am a night time binger, when I finally sit down at the end of the night it's my reward. My goal is to take care of me, do my nails at night, a hot bath talk to my fatsecret buddies, whatever it takes to stop the eating in front of the tv at night.
My goal is to lose another 73 lbs, so far I have lost 10. I have 3 more to my first mini goal, then have rewards planned for every 10 I lose after that.
