performance: gaining 0.3 lb a week

I am an emotional eater. I start a diet and then something happens and there I go into a tail spin. Well not anymore. I have made up my mind once and for all to get to a healthy weight and stay there. I would like to lose at least 50 pounds before my birthday in September and I know that I can do. "Operation New Body New Me" is officially in progress!! STAY TUNED!!

Do What Works Best For YOU!!!
Every diet isnt going to work for everyone. What works for me might not work for you. If at first you dont succeed try again. I am still in the process of critiquing my weight lose plan! sometimes you have to find a few different plans that work and switch up from time to time to keep the body guessing. Its easy to put the weight on but hard as heck to get it off but dont give up. Good luck everyone Very Happy

looking for advice and buddies
Dont be discouraged when you dont see the lose in pounds. remember that you are also burning fat and losing inches! The more weight you have to lose the longer you should stay in the induction phase once you go to the next phase the weight lose will be a lot slower because you will be adding more foods.
