Blah

Having trouble getting motivated to do much of anything. Dragging self to work and bare minimum of other stuff. Not sure what is going on. Had two migraines in last two weeks, which is just plain scary. Perhaps I am finally starting menopause. Great (not).
124.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't know what is better, heavy painful period or menopause... Seriously, gotta be tough to be a woman!! Hope this little "down time" won't last and you'll be back to yourself very soon!

I say it is the "after vacation blues." Which doesn't account for the migraines. UGH!!! Mine seem to come in rashes ... I'll have several spaced very closely then none for a while. I hope the spring in your step returns soon! HUGS!!

I think you are young for menopause yes?? I think the blahs won't last!!! Sometimes it feels best to take to the bed with some snacks and old movies and wallow around for a few hours and give it a time limit- when it's done dust yourself off and start anew. Why deny it- sometimes we need a day off. Dying to know about veggie chicken wings- what on earth are they and where do you find them??? Where did you begin on your exercise and what have you evolved to??

Oh no... I hope not. Well I guess you have to go through it eventually? There just might be a cure for me when I get there haha! I am sure you are just tired of catching up from vaca and being sick. You deserve to rest. It is a big holiday Monday anyway. :) Feel better.

thanks my people! I just got home from a very long day and night. Saw a good film (work but really good for a change) and had dinner at Spago. I am amazed at how I am able to eat mindfully. I did have a glass of champers and a glass of wine. I guess I have to work on mindful drinking? Haha.

I have gone through menopause, and on the other side now, and with the exceptions of a few hot flashes here and there, I am so glad to be done with TOM...He is a pain in the patoot! lol Hope you feel better soon...have a great weekend!
