Dukan Day 56

Seems like another pound lost! This brings me close to pre-vacation weight. It's rather amazing-not sure I trust it. I am determined to get to goal this time and am fearing hitting a plateau at 140. I have to be more optimistic. So far, my weight loss has been unprecedented in my experience, so hopefully it will continue to out pace my expectations.
140.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh I just knew the weight was going to drop right off again. You're doing great. Thanks for the great advice on what you are doing to keep from eating at night. I think the foot bath sounds like a great idea. I also thought about putting my bleaching trays on my teeth in the evening. I am sure you are looking great now at 140 lbs! Thanks for being a good friend.

Right back at you! I think the bleaching trays are a fab idea-combined with a foot bath-you will be the best groomed lady on the street!

You are doing amazing. Do remember, scales don't tell it all. I am sure your clothes are fitting so much better and some may even be too big. Keep up the good work and motivation!

I had to look up Dukan. LOL. Sounds like it's really working for you. And I saw that supposedly Giselle and J Lo used it to lose pregnancy weight. HAhaha. Of course they also have amazing genetics and personal chefs but still. It's working for you, clearly, and I need to know more.

Hi Beets! Congratulations! The diet is definitely the latest fad rage thing BUT it's worked for me. I did not buy the books or join the site-too cheap for that. Just trolled the internet picking up the basics. Pure protein for ten days-lose all water weight but it's fabulous feeling to knock off 5-10 lbs in a week. I felt very sick and had a headache for first few days but it got much easier on the 4th day. Now I am eating fruits(in moderation) and veggies (non-carby ones) along with the protein. Supposed to eat pure protein every other day (no veg or fruit) until you get to goal but I have not done that...

I love looking at your chart!!! SO amazing. You are doing a great job...and no I will not be comfortable in these stretchy shorts for too long : )
