Day 80 (Week 11): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST
Week 6 Cruise to Lose! (last week already, sniff)

Good morning!!!! Warm and cozy healthy thoughts to all of you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples!!!!!!!!!!

So I feel like I have been lax in my journal and my exercise the last 5 days or so. It's still MILES better than before I made the change in August so I need to not beat myself up over it, just hop back in the wagon :) How can I be giving others a hand up when I am not in the wagon bed myself LOL. Maybe we can help each other back in?

Old Man Scale: Still sitting at 243.5 so I guess I should record it. I guess the fact that I feel like I have been lazy plays itself out LOL I have been busy with other things, but I really should not let my exercise and food intake go by the wayside! :) Old Man Scale just likes to remind me every now and again :) The Holidays are coming and I KNOW he won't let me slack TOO often without it showing up :)

Forced myself to do 30 minutes on the Wii Fit. Man I totally did not want to do it! I often look forward to it, anymore, but not this past week-end haha!

Did REALLY well with my veggies last week, though. Saturday was the only day I did not get near my goal. I wanted to send a special thank you out to Sararay! I know carb counting turned out to really not be my thing (though carb awareness totally is) the idea of aiming for a goal of so many fruits/veggies/legumes a day is a TREMENDOUS boon. We have all heard it all of our lives, but until I HAD to focus on it for the October Carb Counting Challenge, I never bothered to look that closely at DAILY vegetable intake. I have carried it over into my own personal daily goals and I think I will be MUCH healthier for it! (Not that I was bad before, in fact I was likely better than many Americans since I often DO crave salads and the like, but this makes it a daily habit as well as a preference!)

Happy, healthy vibes to you all!!

Good for you for not being harsh on yourself. Everyone has periods when they don't want to exercise. I can relate. Focus on the good feelings (seratonin & endorphins) that exercise brings and let that movitate you the next day and the day after that. You can and WILL do it, Sima! ((HUGS))

I am in the wagon bed with ya...I see you're head to the front, here grab my hand!! There! Thanks, now today we will focus on starting that exercise more! I SO want the Wii Fit! I haven't been able to find it here, they're always sold out! But I'm determined, so I'll get it b4 the holiday. I like the focus on veggie deal. I do that to. I really helps me out. Make it a great day!

Thanks, Sibby! I ordered mine online from an Amazon distributor. I paid a bit more than retail but it has been worth every penny (even had I paid for it, not an early holiday gift from me mum)

I can relate to the forced exercise over the weekend! I had an imaginary FS angry mob at my back pushing me to the treadmill! And you don't need a hand up into the wagon - only your little toe was dragging behind! C'mon little toe! Back to work! :)

Is the weather cold there? Low temperatures make getting up and getting out a lot tougher for a lot of us! Keep pluggin' Babydoll!

Yeah it's getting cold but I use my Wii Fit a lot so that excuse does not wash well :)
