Day 78 (Week 11): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST Week 6 Cruise to Lose! (last week already, sniff)

Another grey and dreary day, but I am still excited. Today is my annual Holiday Open House and it is always fun!! This year I am doing it with another vendor at her home so in some ways it is less work but in others it's more nerve racking because I am not in as much "control' as usual! I don't think of myself as much of a control freak but I must have at least a little in me! :)
Sorry I did not journal yesterday! CRAZY busy this week in both my home business and my day job so have not had quite as much FS time as I am used to. I will be back on track with that this evening. Luckily the Cruise to lose Limbo challenge kept me focused on what I was eating this week, otherwise I mighta been in trouble LOL
Old Man Scale: Fairly amiable this AM. Been at 243.5 the last two days, did not want to record it on my chart, LOL does that make me a bad person heheh

No exercise yesterday. I even forgot to do my body test on the Wii Fit which I rarely do. But tonight I will get on there. I am missing Power yoga this morning and that makes me sad so I will have to make up for it ;)
Floor and mid = Met! Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. 8 from now. Still a s..t...r...e...t...c...h but soo VERY doable :) So I am stretching for all I am worth! Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching. (I have got a plan for the holidays! For once in my life I will NOT gain weight, I will LOSE!!!)
Next Mini: 240 (3 more lbs weee) then on down, down down!

Going to add standing/housework to my calories burned but no official exercise Sun: 15min walk, 30mins Wii free step
