Day 76 (Week 11): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST
Week 5 Cruise to Lose!

Good morning!!!! Warm and cozy healthy thoughts to all of you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples!!!!!!!!!!


In a wee bit of a hurry again this morning. slept in a little. I needed it :)

Brush just underneath the 1500 calorie part of the limbo pole last night. Skipped the cookie cause that woulda pushed me over :) Was more than okay on my deficit I think I may have set the bar too low (or is that high) for the deficit :D


Old Man Scale: Fairly amiable this AM. Holding steady at 243. I don't suppose I can lose EVERY day LOL

Floor Goal: 250 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 17 down from when I first started watching in August.

Mid-range: 245 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 18lbs from challeneg start, 21.5 from my August start! Finally blew this outta the water for good!
Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. 8 from now. Still a s..t...r...e...t...c...h but soo VERY doable :) So I am stretching for all I am worth!
Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching. (I have got a plan for the holidays! For once in my life I will NOT gain weight, I will LOSE!!!)

Next Mini: 240 (3 more lbs weee) then on down, down down!

Sat: Wii Fit Yoga, or home power yoga in the evening, I cannot get to my class in the morning. I have to set up fro my OH

Way to go on gettin closer to your next mini goal...be nice to be able to drop weight off every day...but doesnt always work that way, the more firmer your body gets seems like its harder to get that stubborn flab off...

Thanks I will try and get a journal in tomorrow. Been a cr-aa-zy week! My open house tomorrow so I am hoping it will calm down some after.
