Looks like breads are still not my friend, and those chocolate pieces are what I'm paying for.. BUT I can say ,I'm still 11 pounds (since the 293) lighter.. Not giving up.

I'm going to the store today to look at some workout material.. maybe even get a new scale.. the one in the bathroom is one that the doctor's use.. with the weights and bubble level and everything. I don't know if it'll be better or worse to get a new one.. but we'll see..

I have completely switched us over to sourdough or whole grain whole wheat breads only... it's not always the best, but it sure helps me when I need to have a slice of toast. :) Good luck on finding workout material! Keeping at it everyday, that is the key... no giving up! :) YOU can DO IT!

Don't give up! You can do it! Oh, and I just discovered, if you have cox cable or even comcast, you can go to the ON DEMAND section and they have exercise videos on there, like tae-bo, which is what i just did and it worked my ass out! And, they're free. It's under the freezone section...Anyway, hope that all works out. I know it's hard to try to figure out how to let breads in when you finish phase one and try to move onto phase two, but you'll find out, through process of elimination, exactly what's holding you back. Good luck!
